1. Shipping Within the USA

  • Free Shipping: Valid on all orders of $200 or more.
  • Eligibility: The $200 threshold must be met after any discounts are applied and before taxes.
  • Coverage: This offer is valid only for orders shipped within the Contiguous United States.
  • Exclusions: Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories.

Returning California customers: Enjoy free standard shipping or a $6 shipping discount on orders over $100, starting from your second purchase.

2. Local Delivery & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Located near our warehouse? Choose Local Delivery at checkout for a more personalized service.

  • Minimum Order: A minimum purchase of $200 is required for Local Delivery service.
  • How it works: If your order meets the $200 minimum and your address is within our zone, the "Local Delivery" option will appear at checkout.
  • Payment Methods (COD): For local deliveries, we accept:
    • Cash (Please try to prepare the exact amount)

    • Check (Payable to Jeweller Buy Inc.)

3. How to Schedule Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose Your Service: At checkout, ensure you select Local Delivery as your shipping method (Available for orders over $200).
  2. Leave a Note: In the "Delivery instructions" box, please specify your preferred delivery date and time. If you have no preference, you may leave this box blank.
  3. Select Payment: You may pay online with your preferred payment method during checkout, or select Cash on Delivery (COD) to pay (via Cash, Zelle, or Check) when the order arrives.
  4. Stay Reached: Our delivery team may call the phone number provided in your order before arrival to confirm someone is available.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified.
  • Local Delivery: Following the same processing schedule, local orders will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Our team will contact you once ready.
  • Special Notes: Any items with specific lead times will be clearly noted on the product page.
